Change the file name of your document to the following naming convention:

• FEP_Lastname,Firstname_AY24/25

Fill in all areas, then share for endorsements.

Signing in Google Docs or once converted to an Adobe document depends on your personal preference. Adding Signatures to Documents

You may download as a .pdf for submission or share the Google Docs version with Your Dean and FEP@mesacc.edu.
