All five rubrics are available in Canvas (see instructions on Data Collection page)

Faculty wanting to contribute data beyond the five gen ed outcomes are invited to use the Looking at Evidence of Learning form Links to an external site. and/or email their analysis and accompanying data to the faculty co-chairs (Bret Little and Christine Moore).

Obtaining Rubric Data/Analyzing Data

Your login to the Assessment Database equips liaisons and department chairs with access to a Reports feature. The image below shows what the initial screen looks like. This feature allows you to run reports on a specific gen ed outcome or all of them, specific course prefixes, separate semesters, etc. It's nothing fancy but does allow you to generate csv files (to download and then open in Excel for sorting, filtering, slicing & dicing the data).

If this opens a floodgate of data you are not prepared to contend with, contact us (Bret, Christine, or Elena)!
