Before we look at a few general ways that you can get your students access to the content you want, let's review a few scenarios in which an instructor might be tempted to include copyrighted content in their teaching materials.  For each of the following situations, determine whether the use of the copyrighted material in an OER would be "okay" or "not okay."  Remember that when an OER is licensed for sharing, everything in it falls under that license unless otherwise indicated (more on this very soon).
