FPG is for full-time Maricopa faculty only. (Everyone else who attends all day will receive a certificate for 4.5 hours of Professional Development.)

After the event, complete the Evaluation and Assessment. You must submit both the Evaluation and Assessment within 24 hours to qualify for the 4.5 clock hours of FPG. You will submit them to Marianne Auten - marianne.auten@paradisevalley.edu

You will also then to fill out the form for FPG Non-Academic Advancement for this pre-approved event. Submit that application within 30 days to your campus FPG Representative. This event was Pre-Approved so you should not need to justify the content or the hours.
