Introduction: MCC PAR Evaluation and Observation

If possible, complete your mentor observation(s) before your chair or designee and instructional dean evaluations. Student evaluations will automatically deploy for all of your courses that meet the parameters. (Parameters can be found on the Intranet Links to an external site. Links to an external site..) Note: If a course does not meet the parameters, work with your Chair to ensure that your courses are evaluated by students either each semester or for the academic year depending on your year in PAR.

For YR1 & YR2 PAR Faculty; observation(s), evaluations, and meetings take place each semester.

For YR3 - YR5 PAR Faculty; observation(s), evaluations, and meetings take place each academic year.

If you do not have your written feedback for your observation(s) and evaluations by Thanksgiving break in the fall and Spring break in the spring please let Janice Dawson know via the MCC PAR Progress Canvas course.

Remember to log completion of tasks in the PAR Progress Canvas course.
